that I've never had lokum, EVER and it's driving me crazy I want some so badly D:

I have had baklava before. And that is totally delish.

I also want to have some'a that dondurma... I was just saying this to my friends yesterday haha. GOTTA FIND SOME.

Ohohoh~
that didn't sound suggestive at all.

Pretty set up! So what's going on with Turkey and the pottery shop?

GOOD QUESTION uh. I think he's kind of quitting? but he'll still be around because he lives there lol, so he can clean it at night and take care of little things, and paint pots if need be, but only when he has time and you don't have to pay him.

Ok that works. Oh! Haru volunteered to let Michael (new manager) to use the spare bedroom in the apartment but it's not a permanent thing. After the event is over, Haru's going to be throwing a small party for the shop staff and some friends to welcome the new employees. I'd love for Turkey to be there and hmmm maybe he can even bake for it and get some advertising out of it!

Awwwwll right, but who's Michael? Let him know to post to one of Turkey's entries sometime so they can develop CR or something adjfksla

He'll be using the pull-out bed that's separated from the kitchen by a curtain--that's where Turkey slept lol. Turkey would probably move into Egypt's old room if someone else moved in.

And sounds good to me! Turkey will bake lots of good stuff for the newbies~ lol

mmmmm I FEEL SO SPOILED. I have a Turkish restaurant within walking distance of my house. There's no Turkish Delight (though I have had some before!) but the kadayif is fucking amazing. I worked there as a hostess one summer and we got to eat the slightly more burned bits of baklava. 8)

There's also kunefe, which is like kadayif with warm cheese on the inside:
