I wonder if maturity is simply the discovery of appropriate legal, moral and social channels for the distribution of excess energy. Whether it is knowing when *not* to say something that might be relevant but could also be disturbing to others, or whether it is finding an activity to do that is socially approved (say, rock-climbing) rather than not ( Read more... )

The choir performance was great. I arrived early so I rehearsed a few songs with them and got to sing in the performance (and then sat in the audience for the rest). Gotta say I like Istanbul and Lords of Waterdeep of the two most recently acquired board games.
