Omg kim! Im soooooo EXCITED for you! This is awesome for you and sean and most importantly... the dogs haha jk. I know we have kitties but its more like 1 cause my cat is old and sleeps all day and rose is anti social anyways.. So that leaves butters and he's so friendly I think he could get along with lu...idk that's just an option. awww thank you! :) We're looking in Tracy. The prices are insanely cheap, and there are soooo many to choose from. I'll keep you updated for sure. If we end up getting a house within the next month or so, I'll probably end up renting it out to a family or something for like 6 months or something. I'd like to catch up on some bills, and we already told doug we'd move in, so I'd hate to leave them hanging. I know they'd understand but still... Anyways, I'll keep you posted! :)

I'm trying not to get TOO excited because I don't want something to happen where I can't get it... but it's soooooo hard to not get excited and plan... hehe I hope everything works out.
