It's a good day when . . .

. . . you pick up the phone and hear, "You're really, really going to like it here" when the person on the other end is in your new town, on your new street, looking up at your new house (that you've never seen), and felt he just had to call right away.

There's even a good Indian restaurant within walking distance.
