Adult ADHD is very similar from childhood ADHD in that there is an marked inability to pay attention to even the simplest tasks. The hyperness comes out in rapid mood swings, and sudden excitement over seemingly random issues. Adults suffering from this can also have trouble sleeping. In order for a diagnosis to be made, these symptoms have to recur for a certain period of time, usually 3 months. Best bet, is talk to your doc and see what they can do. My co-worker recently got diagnosed as being bi-polar and starting antideppresants has cleared up her attention span problems.
to have adult adhd one needs to have shown simptons since the age of seven. You show a lack of constration, easly distracted and randome mood swings. Difficlty sleeping and also be shown. If you want more infomation look at how I act or talk to shortmann.
I've definitely had it for about as long as I've had my job. I had difficulty concentrating in school, but that was mainly because they expected children to maintain laserlike focus for upwards of 7 hours. I mean, what the hell?

Thank you for your input though. I should probably see a doctor but like I said, they give me the willies.
