to start using fitday again. I really want to stick to my goal of eating around 50 carbs a day, 1200 calories, >30grams of fat. Didnt get off to a good start on the carb thing though. I ate yogurt and graham crackers for breakfast and now i'm at 45 carbs already. So for lunch and dinner I'm going to eat a low carb lean gourmet. So I'll probably end
