This weekend I sat at a desk for 17 hours in order to guard the barracks from terrorists, misplaced laundry carts, undelivered packages, and answering machines.

Annnnd I just signed the next two years of my life away to the Life Science's department. Now all I need to do is pick my engineering sequence...

On the up side, I talked to my counselor, and if I'm strictly interested in Pathology and molecular chemistry, then I really don't need to go to Med. School.

Everything is going well. My New Cadet's name is Higgins, and he's from Maryland. He's managed not to screw too much stuff up, and isn't having that hard a time with things. According to West Point anyway. Buckner was a good time, obviously much better than Beast if only because we were allowed to be human and relax when we weren't training. I also got significantly more sleep during Buckner than Beast..which makes life better no matter where you are ( Read more... )
