Had birthday dinner at a nice middle eastern place with family and friends. Been faaaaaaaaaar too long since I've had baklava.

After two brutally hot days, this cool change is glorious! You tend to miss the sheer size of them when you're too far inland.

I'm really sick and tired of it.

We have 2 national broadcasters, one of which is SBS - the Special Broadcast Service - has all manner of foreign programs. One such was a German movie named Fremde Haut (aka Unveiled). AvP2 promised much after the poorly executed AvP, ended up being even worse - a terrible, terrible film. It steals visual and audio cues (not to mention entire set-pieces of plot) from its parent franchises, ( was horribly misogynistic )
