Oooh what a nice post, once again Miss Patty :)

Ever since I was a kiddy, my mum has always made sure that I ate a home-cooked dinner of meat and two veg. I also take a multivitamin every morning AAAND go for a run three times a week. Also I do situps on my bed before I go to sleep.
We will live longer! yay! :D

i'm so glad i'm a vegetarian.

and it is really sad, the condition that so many americans are in. and especially the children. it's horrifying, how many parents feed their kids fast food and junk food and.... ack. it makes me so angry.

i've been taking prenatal vitamins ever since you recommended them to me, a year ago ;)

im with you too on all points

i take multivitamins, but ive read before that they might not be as effective as eating vegetables and a range of nutrients. so thats what i do...i try to vary my diet as much as possible, eating different types of grains and vegetables.(im a vegetarian too :p) but yeh, i still take the multivitamins for good measure. also, another thing is switching as many of my carbohydrates to the complex one...ie, brown/grain breads, etc. they taste better too.

I'm lazy, but I try.

After being at work for 10+ hours a day, the last thing I want to do is come home and make something to eat...but I've started making things ahead of time so I can just put them in the oven, or having salad or something while I cook, so I'm not starving.

I've been trying to work out at least 3 times a week also.

I have to say...I just got back from a week long vacation...and it was totally what I needed to de-stress and get a grip on everything going on in my life. I actually FEEL healthier.
