I went through the gym induction unscathed yesterday most of the time was spent being demonstrated the equipment, i didnt actually do much myself which was good considering the pain in my legs. I have been getting  severe pain at back of my legs since I did some stuff in the garden for dad on Sunday. Typical that it would have to happen now when I'm supposed to be starting at a gym in a couple of days. Its painful for me to even walk at the moment ( Read more... )

So I went and signed up for a Gym at a local college, that was relatively painless. I've just got the full induction on thursday where they show me how to work the equipment etc to worry about now. Yay me for actually deciding and going out to do something.

Woke up feeling really energized this morning but then I didnt know what to do with it. Ho Hum at least I'm in a good mood.

Changed my journal layout yet again, only because the friends page actually works properly on this one. Prefer the old one really but hey I changed the trees picture in the background to suit the time of year.

Yay Liverpool won the FA Cup! Great game although difficult to watch but thats always the case when Liverpool are in a final.

Is anyone else having problems with their friends page, mines started going really weird :S

I swear those things get bigger every year, or perhaps I just get wimpier ever year ;) Far too many of them have found their way into the house recently and its always ends up being my job to get rid of the evil things.

Someone actually liked my CV enough to ask for more information so I've got a application form to fill in. I hate filling these things in, some questions about experience are near impossible to think of an example for.
