There is a row of low bushes outside one window in my living room that for some reason attracts birds. I have seen as many as 6 or 7 birds perched on top of the bushes or hopping from branch to branch within the bushes. I think I figured out what he's going for. I have seen a half fledged bird on the bush. He can obviously fly a little, but is not too sure of himself yet (frex, he spends most of his time flapping his wings to keep his balance). I have also seen an adult bird come feed him. I think Tucker just figures this one he has a chance at, and he is trying to do his predator best to cull the weak and sick from the flock.
