First of all, all these parts were a great read. I was sitting there thinking about it a little bit, and it was a lot like picking up the next book of a series. This is going to be a little hard to explain, but it makes sense in my brain.
You get to know characters when you spend so much time playing/reading things related to them. And I've gotten to know each of them separately. As a reader they feel like old friends. But what's awesome is that I've never gotten to read the two of them interacting together. And it's like something brand spankin' new. So it almost feels like as a reader you're in on this inside joke that the individual characters are totally unaware of because they're just really starting to get to know each other.
oh man, so hard to explain... in summary this is tops!
I totally understand what you're saying, and take it as a compliment! It tells me there's character growth, not only within our PC buts within our interaction. And since I RP for the character growth, yay!
I'm also just pleased to be entertaining, and really glad that you enjoyed reading them (and took the time to tell me)!
Thank you for reading and enjoying!!!pcharacterJuly 13 2010, 12:30:02 UTC
It is a publicly, if discreetly, known fact that Lexie is a ghoul available for hire for services which range from the mundane to the...*ahem*....recreational.
Yes, she's a courtesan. She's also a ghoul-of-all trades. It can be as simple as needing arm candy for a mortal event you're attending in order to maintain your Allies, or because you need someone to redecorate your haven. It's very rare that I cannot find SOME reason for your PC to need her services, so feel free to email me OOCly for ideas.
I've read through this more than a few times and I have to say you've done an amazing job with the write up. I just hope I can meet the bar when I finish up my own write :)
I'm glad you like it so much, but I wouldn't worry about your own post. It's not a competition. It's a shared story, and I enjoy everyone's contribution to that.

And now I think I have to get one of my PCs to contact Ashley and find an excuse to roleplay with you as Lexie.
