Okay so after having that writing meme analyze a lot of my fiction it seems to feel my writing style with only a few exceptions is in a similar style as Dan Brown. I've only read parts of the Da Vinci Code and never touched his other work. Is anyone out there more familiar with his style of writing and can give me a heads up on what its like? ( Read more... )

So I checked out several IC writing samples and found that when I wrote for Bluegrass I wrote like Dan Brown almost every time and with Hadrian I wrote like Dan Brown every single time. The samples that made my day were for Archer Halifax though which had the following result:

So no surgery yesterday as my insurance has decided they wont clear one of the four procedures until the 20th which means my surgery had to be moved back a week.

This is retarded.

For those I forgot to inform (since I am more than a bit absent-minded sometimes): I am going in for surgery tomorrow where they are scraping out the inside of my head so I can breathe again.
