Potato Puffs

Ok, so Colby frequently serves potato puffs at Breakfast, but they don't call them that. That really bugs me, they are not homefriends or hashbrowns or anything they are POTATO PUFFS

I will beg to differ, they are in fact POTATO PUFFS, espeically if done right and not over cooked like the silly guy that doesn't know how to cook eggs at Dana does almost every morning!

Oh, we are so hanging out! You can come and pick me up on my day off, or somethign and we could go sleep on a Beach in Maine with Claire and Tim and eat hot dogs cooked over a fire!
