Okay so I'm coming to the conclusion that this baby LOVES pancakes! I normally can't stand them but I have been tearing into them every chance I get! And they are SO AWESOME! Since mom-in-law is visiting this weekend, I thought we should take a trip down to the Japanese Gardens in Portland. We used to go to the one in Spokane when I was a kid, and I loved it.
