Yep, nine days after she was due and after 49 hours of labor, my precious little niece finally arrived. She was quite stubborn and made her mommy work super hard, but eventually she made it. Well, my sister is a week overdue as of today. So this morning she is going in to have them induce her labor. It's funny, usually i have a pretty big distaste for bringing babies into the world due to my lack of fondness for most children. Tasha, the other PA who knew absolutely everything about anything having to do with the lab, went into labor today. So for the next 8 weeks I am flying solo. I hope I can survive with a little bit of grace and without people realizing how much I really don't know. The insanity begins....talk to you all sometime after thanksgiving :/

Thank god for a three day weekend!!! It is giving me a chance to finally catch up with my life. Things are crazy busy. I have been at my new job for three weeks but it feels much longer. The vacation is quickly slipping away and I still have so much to do! It wouldn't be so bad, but having to change my residency to Virginia is going to take longer than I thought.
