So has anyone else been watching Tin Man on the Sci-Fi channel? The jury's still out with me. My main problem is with DG...acting is not her forte.

I bought a large batch of the cross-stitch type christmas stamps, but I really want to get the aurora stamps ... northern and southern lights!!!

It's hard to remake a classic. I'm going to try and keep an open mind though.

It's not actually a remake. It's a sci-fi series with crappy graphics and bad acting. What were you expecting?

Tin Man

My friend in my English cohort & I have been watching it. Neither of us knows what to make of it, but tonight was better than last night's, I think.

There are too many similarities with the book & movie (with Judy, of course) and so I had trouble concentrating on the story. Deegee (Dorothy Gale, etc, etc, etc.) However, they can be comforting. They got distracting, though.

I enjoyed it more tonight, plus the setting looked like here. Big trees, lots of ferns, and plenty of underbrush. The story was completely new and I was more into it.

I'll try to form a solid opinion tomorrow night. But I agree about the lead. She couldn't act in "Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy," either.

I didn't get to see the episode on Monday because I'm currently hotelled, but I have it DVR'ed. I had so much hope for it...
