It's half-passed two in New York City and I have about 48 hours left here. I just ate a $6 Snickers from the mini bar. I'm looking at apartments. I want to move up the big move. Being here again for less than three days only confirms that I am finally ready.

I think when it comes to this election, as important as selecting a presidential candidate is, so is spending a lot of time focusing on our state's propositions. I've been trying really, really hard to fully read and understand each one in time for November 4 ( Read more... )

I don't like it when life is perfect... it always seems to mean that some catastrophe is imminent.

Today I took the train to Riverside to avoid the rush hour traffic... I had reservations about it for some reason.

I got off at my stop at 5:20. After being picked up, we turned the corner to find a body covered with a blanket on the train tracks. The train that I just stepped off of hit a man on a bicycle and killed him instantly at 5:29.
