This was a shockingly productive half-day. We got theater club all planned and I finished my part of it, and I finished researching for my paper (well... I have eight sources. I haven't written up journal entries for them and I don't know if they're actually going to be of any use. A lot of them were just saying the same thing over and over

It was built around 1910 as a public library. The Oregon library association started around 1850 with a required membership fee and around the turn of the century it opened the central library as a public library. My mother thinks the construction and restoration around when we were born killed a lot of the cool art deco architecture. My mother worked there for 10 years, I think.
