At work today while at lunch I was talking with a coworker, we were discussing food. I told her that I could totally rip through a burger. Today it felt a little more comfortable drinking juice while sitting in the back at work. Yesterday I felt a little weird drinking juice instead of eating a burger or sandwich in the back while on lunch. Not much in the way of weight lose in the last 24 hours but what can you do? Trudge onward and upward, I know that I am doing something good for my body. Today wasn't overly bad. My girlfriend came up to visit. She was insistent that she try to do this juice fast while she is up visiting. I actually made her buy something to eat tonight. Today afforded me a ton of distractions. I had a lot of running around to do. It was helpful in not allowing me to focus on any hunger. My hunger is not overly large but there are some times when driving past a restaurant or fast food place that the scent in the air causes my nose to want to turn the car around. LOL. Day 3 rolls to a close. The needle on my weight is starting to move. I feel pretty good. Today I had to deal with some hunger pains.
