The first birthday Chinook attended was the first time we didn't have to wait after her to get ready; she was ready to go, shoes and coat on, before we were.

I didn't have to do much waiting on Gavin either. I felt bad when the phone rang just as we were about to leave and I couldn't not take the call because it was about possibly replacing my husband's cell phone (the screen has gone dead on it but he can still make/receive calls).
