running, an update
I have been very lax in running lately (heat + Humidity =/= ideal running conditions).
Today was much cooler and I said fuck it, I'm going 5K today.
35:03 later, I crossed the 5K mark. It was about 70/30 running/walking.
damn my calves hurt. -
