I have officially began the training for the 5K thanks to a handy-dandy "Couch to 5K"
podcast. It's made by a DJ (not dave) who mixes walking music (120-130 beats per minute) and running music (135-145 bpm) at different intervals. It starts with a 5 minute walk and then goes into a 90 second run going back to a 3 minute walk and repeat walk/run
