Firstly, sex is a beautiful thing, and to want it is definitely natural. Our bodies need it and crave it. That drive is what keeps the world populated. ;)

Secondly, yoga is awesome. I love it. I go about once or twice a week. I'm still very much a beginner with shaky muscles and the flexibility of a board, but I go and keep practicing. And bonus: it helps with sex! Got to love that!!

What is your yoga experience?

I have no yoga experience. When I was younger I went to 1 or 2 classes but never stuck it out. I need something that is a little bit of exercise with a little bit of strength training that is also relaxing, blahblahlah.

Then yoga is perfect! Yes, some of it will not be easy, but you are in charge of the intensity of the stretch. Back off when you need to, and only do what your body can handle. After a while, your body will bend easier and without as much resistance, but it takes time. Be patient with yourself.
