1. I've gained back nearly all the weight I lost. Feeling lonely, ashamed, ugly, and revolting, I no longer have any desire to dress nice, do my hair, or anything of that matter. It is the whole, "You can't polish a turd." mentality. I fully intend on going back to my better ways/days and having a great sendoff or should I say spendoff? Friday (
