My letter came on Friday (from FIT)--am officially part of the legions of college students that.....are college students. I don't know--insert some sort of witty cyncism yourself! Something about directionless-ness and jobless-ness and angsty poetry. On the level though, I'm happy.

Up in the Air...Good gawd. But Moonstruck was, like Nick Cage's acting, satisfyingly cheesy.

And yay for FIT! There really wasn't any doubt that you'd get in!

(and yes, I am deliberately avoiding the mention of this love affair you have with Ayn Rand, even if Atlas Shrugged is great)

oh, and Lolita is amazing! I read it the summer going into 9th grade when I found a battered old copy in my basement. My dad found it and had an absolute fit and threw it out (the only time has has even DAMAGED a book - books are sacred to most Hindus) but he didn't know I had already finished it. Good times man :)

I remember seeing that movie. But that's it. I just remember seeing it. I had no idea you held it in such high regards, even as a small child you have been mysterious and secretive.

Ooh, a second comment out of the blue -- but not stalking you, just curious!

And I saw you mention Sela Ward -- she was great in "House" a season or two ago! Older, but always with a sexy glimmer in her eye!

So now you have my considered opinion of two TV stars! So I guess I gotta either kill you or friend you!
