What a great way to start this. Reading this and seeing the way Jack is obviously hurt and so stupid in knowing that Ianto is the one hurting here and thoroughly confused...very nice, can't wait to read the next parts.

I was trying to write it in a way that Jack didn't come off as an insensitive asshole, so I'm glad that it came across that he was hurting and not paying attention, which is why he hurt Ianto. I didn't want it to seem intentional. Glad it worked!

Thank you for reading! :)

Hee, I loved it as I was writing it, so...I guess we're both screwed?

I'm glad it was believable, so often dub-con and non-con is written and one character turns into an asshole and the other turns into a weepy bottom. I wanted to keep Jack and Ianto as...well, y'know, Jack and Ianto, not some fanish cliches. :)

Thanks for the welcome, and thank you for reading! Keep an eye out for updates!

Oh dear, this was somewhat unsettling. Very well written, very clear and calm, and I really liked Ianto's voice.
Looking forward to see where you'll be taking this.
Cheers.

Well, thank you for writing! :-)
I've just read what you've written in a comment above about keeping Jack and Ianto in character in your scenario - I must say you managed rather impressively... and actually that's what I was trying (so sorry, had a short night and no coffee yet...) to imply in my previous comment about liking Ianto's voice, he stays the strong, calm Ianto we know. Well, as strong as can be expected from him after basically being raped. I also appreciated that you showed his bewilderment at what just happens to him, he realizes what is done to him, but then he can't seem to grasp that it is Jack who is forcing him. It seems realistic, especially when you regard his rather weak resistance. I reckon if it had been an attack from a stranger, Ianto would have (easily?) fought them off, but in this case, being attacked by a person you trust, I can understand his hesitation while he was still waiting for Jack to come to his senses.
*heaves big sigh* The poor boy!
Oh, please, do update soon!
Cheers, Z.

Exactly exactly, that's what I was going for! Ianto is such a strong person that he wouldn't break into a billion pieces because of this. It just hasn't really sunk in yet, and we'll see that in the next chapter--which has been posted, actually! :)

Thanks again!
