Just weighed in at..... 248lbs! WOO HOO I dropped 5lbs this week. Total of 7lbs. The bike rides, walk / jogs and makeing better meal choices is paying off. Now I need to start back at the gym with some weight training. That's the hard one. I don't know quite what to do once I'm there. The bike rides and walk / jogs are no brainers. I can do this.
