Long weekend no diet but some exercise
Ok so I did not do much for diet and exercise over the long holiday other than walk up and down the Ren Faire during tear down so I guess that counts. Yesterday I just relaxed this morning I did another 6 mi bike ride and really watched what I ate. MMMm Salmon and mixed vegis for dinner. I love Salmon.

1 mile walk / run
Went for a 1 mile walk / jog this morning and HOLY COW it was harder then the 6 mile bike ride yesterday. What the? I also finally manned up and stood on the scale. GRRRRI am back to 250lbs. This WILL NOT DO! Do you hear me universe. I will win this!!!!! -
Long time no post!
Wow it has been a long time since I have posted. Ren Faire (My full time job) got in the way. Now its all over, except for tear down that is, but over it is and I can start to breath once again.
