Oh, the bug itself is passed, but lately I tend to get some degree of bronchitis after I've had a cold or flu, so then expectorants are a good thing - acetylcysteine in my case.

I get bronchitis easily after having pneumonia; especially if the temp drops too low when I'm sleeping since I use a CPAP.
