Amazon.com has been a huge help with this because after shipping, I'm basically paying only $3 for a CD. Then I'm able to make money back when I trade it in at Zia Records or Hoodlum's. I've been really stoked on this Nike+ running thing lately. I just bought a pair of running shoes with the SportBand kit at the Finish Line (last time I shopped there: 1999) and fired up my first run yesterday. Things I will miss about the old house:
- Easy access to Highway 202. 15-minute drive to downtown Phoenix. But I moved out at the right time because they are widening that highway and it sucks to be on it now.
- Walking distance to Cornish Pasty.

Lots of stuff going on, but I don't have much to say.

Work got really insane this summer, pretty much as soon as I got back from my California vacation in June. I'm consistently working 50+ hours a week, and last weekend I just began a cycle of working every other Saturday. So I'm moved into my new place and all, and working on one or two things at a time to fix it up. My kitchen still needs a lot of amenities and work. I'm sort of feeling lonely already. I'm sitting in the waiting room room of a business that specializes in handicap equipment for vehicles. I'm getting the wheelchair lift on my van fixed. An electrical short has been causing the motor to go crazy every now and then.
