I bought new workout pants today. Yes, this is the highlight of my day. But I'm really excited about them because a) they don't make my ass look huge (even though they're the skin tight ones...they're capris so it balances), b) they were $15, and c) my current workout shorts are getting holey and it's hard to find new ones.

Valentine's Day
So even though I do have a significant other I've never really been super excited about Valentine's Day. Nothing personal to St. Valentine or whatever, or even to those who do like it...I just find little meaning in having a day where many people feel alienated while those who are already paired up go have romantic dinners and eat chocolate ( Read more... ) -

In case people remembered that I was driving home from Colorado today (I don't know if anyone really knew that, actually) and saw that there's a massive blizzard raging in Denver and Nebraska/Kansas (the exact route I take to drive home), no worries. Shoes
I bought a pair of Steve Madden shoes at Bergner's for five dollars yesterday. FIVE DOLLARS. They're so fucking cute--they're green and like...half-moccasin-y with a flower on the toe. I love uber clearance stuff...just because it's "out of season" doesn't mean nobody wears it anymore! I win ( Read more... ) -
