Mead note
Since I turned my heat off, the one batch of Mesquite Mead that's almost done fermenting cooled enough that it sucked the airlock water down (never did switch to vodka). I tasted it, and it was a bit... off? I am hoping it's not contaminated and going to turn ( Read more... )
