I binged all day today. I didn't do any exercise. I ate and ate and ate. I feel like I want to die. I have a lot to do tomorrow (Christmas Eve). I even have to do some baking. Just thoughts:
I can't take off my pants because my thighs will spill out over everything.
When I release my belt, my stomach will meet itself, as it's so big it folds.
I can't believe I ate three boxes of cereal.

Seriously... it's now like 2 hours later, and I still can't take off my pants. What's up with that tonight?

Major supreme binge today. It lasted h o u r s....
I am so sick.
I was fucking evil and I don't care how pathetic it sounds; I wish I were dead.

I went to the grocery store earlier, had my basket filled with food, was headed for the checkout... when I realized I'd left my purse at home. I left therapy at 2:00, skipped my walk because it was sort of raining out (poor excuse) and proceeded to shop then binge for several hours. I HATE day binges. I must be trying to see how much more miserable I can get with each day's passing. Why else would tonight have outdone last night, and the distention of my belly be so enormous? Oh wow, even bigger binge than last night. It wasn't until I stopped that I realized I was in pain. This hurts bad.

I had two horrible binges today/now yesterday, and it's now 3:38 am. My eyes are so tired. I've been reading and looking at all those "thinspiration" sites for hours now. As if I didn't feel bad enough already. I need to turn off this computer and go to bed, but I'm still so freaking FULL. I need sleep.
