remember that retaining wall my neighbors built in the wetland? it makes a nice dam for all the water flowing off their yard to keep it all backed up into my house/basement. have a call into the wetlands officer... I intend to get noisier...

this is exactly why floods get worse downstream when floodwalls are installed upstream.

funny they told me "why dont we wait and see if it causes any problems?" surprise!
person says they will be required to move it in august when the water level is down.
