Good luck with the veganism. I feel nothing but admiration for vegans (despite the fact that I read this post while eating a selection pack of mini-cheeses)
I have similar principles re food but am not following them as yet. Except that as you know I am mostly-veggie these days.
Re LJ, given that only about 4 or 5 people are using it, it seems more like a round-robin email to a select few. I like it, the occasional updates. Semi-private. For friends. That's all.
Actually I keep being surprised when I see friends in person to realise that they are still reading, even if not replying. Semi-private is good though. xxx
Yeah but to the wider circle you will be (so you say) "less confessional" and that is not what your devoted LJ readership has come to depend on! I concur with the trumpeter.
I can sort of see you, last woman standing in Fortress LJ, stockpiling cheese. For some reason you have a rifle. You usually have a rifle in my imagination. If you were an action figure you would come accessorised with one. And a wheel of brie.

(i could also never manage vegan. mostly *buy* vegetarian these days for home and work, but dinners out are meaty.)
