I am in Sink the Belgrano! for 3 more nights (until Friday) at 7.30pm at The Bridewell Theatre just off Ludgate Circus underneath St Bride's church (we also have a Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm which I think a lot of People Off LJ are attending). So, I've been cast as Maggot Scratcher (guess who) in Steven Berkoff's Sink the Belgrano! 17-21st July at The Bridewell in Fleet Street. It's an awesome part and I'm delighted even if I can't quite stop myself pretending to be Maggie.

I'm from Thornbury - it's where I went to school (well, Alveston - but the original grammar school was in Thornbury). The vicar of St Mary's (the church attached to Thornbury Castle where Nigel Slater got his culinary break) was stabbed to death in his home last week.
