I'm tired of hating myself.

I'm tired of not having the willpower to do anything about it.

I wish I could just ignore all the tempting, horrible food my mind wants. My mind makes me think I want.

I wish I had enough energy to get up and become healthy.

I blame my family for most of it, but I can't blame them for forever.
