So-- do tell. What's your "I love cilantro" dish that you make when you have a meal to yourself?

I guess I'm looking for some. I like it on Mexican style tacos and in salsa and in sauces and in pho. My attempts to cook with it seem to pale to the dishes I find else where out and about.

Discredited years ago, when I was a chemistry undergrad. It was a popular word among the whacko quacky quacks aficionados of... less than credible medicine because most people that did some actual legwork to check into their claims would find a lot of information about an actual chemical process, which they would not have the knowledge to understand.

I sort of feel sorry for people who can't enjoy cilantro.

I love cilantro and could eat a pound of it straight up, but I also totally understand why some people hate it.

After reading a bit, I think I may need to find some root of it to try in soups!

You can use clumps with the stalks for soups, if you don't want to deal with the stalks, cook in an herb ball or bag. Consider a leek and cilantro cream based soup. Infuse the liquid with the non leaf part of the herb before starting and then add the chopped leaves near the end.
