Sometimes I think people are cooler if they and their friends have cool e-mail addresses. My friend sent out a mass email and everyone on the list has a cute, witty or ironic e-mail addy. It's so funny. I'm sure I have other superficial thoughts like that, but that's the biggest one that comes to mind.
