I have a interview on Thursday 29th at 6pm for Xentel Dm inc(telemarketing). I'm really scared, i've never been for a interview. What do they ask you? What are some good answers to the questions?

I don't know if they'll ask you what they did for my job buut they asked questions like...
What's your favourite topic in school?
Tell me one time where you had to use quick thinking?
Tell me one time where you had to go above and beyond expectations?
What do you want to do in the futur?
That's all I can think about right now.

Well a lot of the interview was small talk, I had a lot in common with my boss when he was in high school. I made up all of my "tell me of a time" questions haha but I made them all so that they where super believable.
