Dad got here Sunday afternoon. We didn't do much that evening, as it was a long trip east. Monday was also pretty chill, with a walk, delivery pizza, and a DVD as the featured highlights, but it was very nice to mellow out. okay, so the two weeks previous to this one have been crap as far as my goals were concerned. between the holiday and two major work projects, my exercise routine went completely to shit -- in other words, was nearly non-existent. Bought my christmas tree today. First time I've had a full sized, real tree at this house. Several past Christmases I have either used my mini tree or not bothered, if I was headed to AK.

It's drying on the patio now, so I will probably put it up tomorrow or Tuesday (I need to buy a stand first).
