January is a rather blah month. At least we only have a few more days until February.
Maybe try to cut back on the drinking if you are feeling depressed. It can become a means of escape, which can be very dangerous if you are unaware of what you are doing while you are feeling down. Don't drink your problems away, hun. Talk to someone about them, okay? Even if it is through your journal. You might not feel the need to drink as much if you are allowed to vent out your frustrations.
I hope you are able to feel better now that January is coming to an end. You are too special of a person to feel so down. *big hugs*
