have read glasser's works back when i was teaching at Oakwood. We used choice theory then - (it was called reality therapy) and pretty much agree with most of it. we make choices - to do something or not... but often we don't want to think of them as choices so we make excuses --- i took the training with Jerry LeCureux and a couple of other teachers at Oakwood - we use it up here too.
