So for the last while, half year or so, I have been subscribing to freshly roasted coffee delivered weekly and really enjoying the lovely taste. (It's all Janek's fault! I'm sharing a subscription with him otherwise will have too much coffee for one

Yeah, the difference between instant and proper coffee is huge. I always have proper coffee black so it's unadulterated and instant coffee with milk and, oftentimes, sugar to disguise the taste.
