oh my! you were very brave to actually walk the rest of the way, even if you did pull on the leash. Some of us would have sat down and waited until we were picked up and carried. I hope today is better!

I hear you, Zilly! Mommy and I were walking a few days ago and a big scary black thing was in the road flapping and flapping! I wanted to head home immediately, but mommy went up and touched it to show me it wouldn't eat me, so I agreed to slowly come and sniff it. It was a big trash bag of the Not Dangerous variety, but that flapping wasn't the least bit Friendly. We have to be very careful out there! --Pippin

Oh Pip! Those black bags are the worst! I don't think mom realized how much the tarp bothered me as we walked past, and there is a dog inside there that we try not to get barking when we walk by. You were brave to go sniff that black monster!

I'm sorry Zilly :( I'm super afraid of noises I can't identify, as well. The worst is a bouncing basketball. I've ripped the leash from my mom's hands running away from that when we lived in the city (I'm so glad she got me out of there...) *hugs* I hope your next walk is much better and quieter ♥

Oh Soo! A bouncing basketball sounds absolutely horrifying. I am not sure how some of these true companion dogs do it. I have not ripped the leash from her hand but I hear her talking about some before me who have. I am happy to hear you are out of the city!
Yes, maybe today will be very short if we go at all, it is snowing right now...

Thanks! The Afghan Hounds wear them, they are called 'Snoods' hee hee. Their ears get long and then they chew them by mistake when they eat, so they need to wear it when they eat too.

My sister knitted it for her! I do like the thick ones for the cold winters here :)
