Kate and I went to Mandurah today scooping for crabs..we only caught one and that made it awkward when it came to dropping him into a pot of boiling water because we'd formed a relationship with him during the afternoon and had even given him a name, Darryl. Kate got back from Honkers last night after three weeks away, she goes back twice a year.

I've been walking for exercise the last few weeks, sharing walkways with bike riders dressed like they're in the tour de fucking france flogging along at 60 kph within a few inches of me..it's only a matter of time until I flick my elbow out and send one of them cartwheeiling into hospital !

I've been to a liquor shop in Maylands twice in the last couple of weeks and there's a new old bloke working there who has shown on both occassions that he is pure fodder for a comedy sketch character but he would never understand why. We'll call him Frank because that's what his name tag says.
