still cannot get it: why so many people just cannot be happy and are unhappy because of being unable to feel happy. most of these unhappy people I know in fact can be and feel happy. some emotional masochism

Exactly! Just extremely happy right now, even a bit afraid :)

great! shouldn't feel afraid at all--rather satisfied, as a state of happiness should be a norm and routine

If it becomes a norm and routine I am afraid I wouldn't be able to work normally :( You always need to pay a price.

actually, being happy shouldn't get in a way of work or something. moreover, it can boost your work potential. but if you can be happy only when you go out or engage yourself in a certain activity, then you definitely will be far beyond all your deadlines:)

That's autumn time which makes happy people feel unhappy (I guess because that's what happens to me now). I'm just waiting for snow to feel happy again. And, by the way, does it make sense to force oneself to be happy?

what doesn't really make sense is people's deliberate, however sometimes unconscious, desire to avoid or reject happiness. many people i know are scared to be happy regardless of a season.
