Carlos and I just came back from a prematurely terminated camping trip due to hail storms.

I miss Jason Strange, Galen Jackson, and Sophie Young. And, especially, Jessica Karadi.

We did the impossible! We did what we thought we'd never do! (Mostly because we didn't think about it too hard.) We did what seemed physically impossible! Sophie and I hiked the entire firetrail. Hello, hello. Sick and tired and still compromising myself so that I can exist to the next moment. Cherry blossoms and tea help a little. It's so hard to get to step two. Should we go outside? Spending time with Beaver reminds me of misty rain.

There's sitting there and just being. Not really feeling and existing in a biological sense and nothing else. Having a disassociative "problem" is either positive or negative, because when you're in a state of dislocation you can't feel anything.
