Thi8s is really interesting. The only one of these I can't see for him is hording. He has the OCD potential but hording seems the opposite way he would go. I know you are probably thinking he loses people so he decides to keep things instead, but for me it just goes against the neatness and desire of orderliness that Wilson seems to crave. So I guess that even though it could be logical it seems wrong so how to me.
Also, the eating disorder would be possible, but it has such a (incorrectly) "teenage girl" link to it that the show would have destroyed any possibility for a serious look into it using Wilson. Also, they did have a patient with it.
My favorite, other than the realistic depression, is Dissociative Identity Disorder. Of course that would have completely changed the show.
I can see what you mean with the hoarding. It would go against his need for orderliness.
I do agree that the show wouldn't have taken Wilson with an eating disorder seriously, especially with the various comments House made to patients with eating disorders.
